              Lassi is a drink made of yoghurt. It is very popular in the Indian subcontinent .
             


  Origin of lassi

              
  So where is the origin of this drink. The origin is from Punjab, India. The lassi'' concept originated from     about 1000 BC.  The drink is popular in summer. It is easy to make and quickly.

How to quickly make Lassi
  1.  Place yoghurt say 100 gms into a blender
  2. Pour a glass or  of water
  3. give two-three table spoons of sugar
  4. blend!
     Blend again for 5 minutes. You are done.


      Recommended yoghurt to use:
  1.       Aarong yoghurt : -Bangladesh                      You can order from Chaldal or Swapna.
  2.      Almarai                 -Saudi
  3.      Amul                      India

                 Recipe 

             Plain Sugared Lassi

Ingredients:

½ Cup Iced Cold Water,
2 Tsp Sugar,
½ cup homemade or store bought Yoghurt
Method:

Make a frothy mixture of all the ingredients on high speed blender and serve immediately.
The consistency of Lassi is thinner than yoghurt. It can be made with a blend of fruits, dry fruits and nuts.
