Rosogolla is the favorite sweet of the Bengalis. They very emotional about it, Nob Desis will find it horrendously sweet at first but gradually begin to love the sweet juice as you put in your mouth.

 

Orgins:

 

Rosgolla or Rasgulla is to be originated in Eastern India: West Bengal Or Orissa. Both claim it came from them. They had court case about it. Bengalis won’t let this sweet to non-Bengalis.

A confectioner by name by name of Nabindra Chandra Das in 1868 make sit in the state of West Bengal.

 

Rasogolla ingredients:

·         Milk

·         Flour

·         Sugar

·         Rose water

·         Lime juice

·         Water

·         2 teaspoon green cardamom(powdered)
